Tracy Sugg was recently commissioned to create a sculpture of former Rotary International president, the late James Bomar of Shelbyville, Tennessee. The commission was awarded by the Shelbyville Rotary Club.
Ms. Sugg provided the artwork for the devotional book, Illuminations, with Paula K. Parker.
